Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex change and technology delivery in a financial services environment. You will own the end-to-end delivery plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure governance and readiness through to go-live.

The role focuses on delivering across Business, Transformation, Technology and Operations with strong stakeholder engagement and evidence-based reporting to sponsors.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Project Management and delivery experience in banking / FS.
• Proven experience managing complex change or technology delivery projects within financial services.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and QA teams.
• Strong understanding of requirements governance, data/integration dependencies, SIT/UAT and release readiness.
• Ability to challenge scope, timelines, dependencies and readiness with clear evidence.
• Strong communication skills with updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the end-to-end project delivery plan across requirements, design, development, testing, approvals, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies and change control, and assess impacts on timelines, resources and risk.
• Drive project governance, including status reporting, RAID management, approvals and escalations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Transformation, Technology, Operations, Risk and QA.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies with clear ownership and escalation.
• Oversee requirements readiness and sign-off, including solution design, data mapping, environments and test data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, retesting and business acceptance with Technology, BA and QA teams.
• Manage delivery capacity and identify resource gaps and critical skills requirements.
• Provide clear, evidence-based reporting to sponsors and senior stakeholders on progress, forecasts, risks and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end project delivery plan, covering requirements, design, development, testing, approvals, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies and change control, assessing impacts across timelines, resources, quality and risk.
• Drive effective project governance, including status reporting, decision tracking, RAID management, approvals and escalations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Transformation, Technology, Operations, Risk and Quality Assurance.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and timely escalation.
• Oversee requirements readiness and sign-off, including solution design, data mapping, environments, access and test data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, retesting and business acceptance with Technology, BA and QA teams.
• Manage delivery capacity and identify resource gaps, competing priorities and critical skills requirements.
• Provide clear, evidence-based reporting to sponsors and senior stakeholders on progress, forecasts, risks, resources and decisions required.
• Coordinate go-live and operational readiness, including governance approvals, procedures, training, communications, support models and post-launch health checks.
• Create clarity across delivery teams, challenge unrealistic assumptions and drive practical, timely decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management and Project Delivery experience in banking / FS
• Proven experience managing complex change or technology delivery projects within financial services.
• Strong project planning, governance, RAID and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering across multiple teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and QA.
• Strong understanding of requirements governance, data/integration dependencies, SIT/UAT and release readiness.
• Ability to challenge scope, timelines, dependencies and readiness using clear evidence.
• Strong communication skills with experience preparing updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
