Zusammenfassung

CICC in Hong Kong is seeking a talented analyst to lead the end-to-end digitalization of client onboarding and client service processes. You will map and redesign workflows, translate business needs into clear technical specs, and drive UAT and change management to successful system rollouts.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with process mapping tools, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of client service operations, digital transformation, or business analysis in financial services.
• Solid understanding of client lifecycle management and frontline service workflows.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, system rollout, and change management; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient in process mapping tools and data analysis; knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/GDPR/PIPL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to bridge business and IT.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end digitalization of client onboarding and client service processes.
• Map workflows and redesign into streamlined, user-centric digital solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and produce detailed docs and user stories.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing with test cases and defect tracking.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; train frontline staff pre go-live.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption; act as escalation point for issues.
• Gather user feedback and drive iterative enhancements post-launch.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory data privacy standards.
