Job summary

Chinasoft International Limited (CSI. 00354.HK) is seeking a proactive Digital Business Analyst in Central, Hong Kong. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution by translating user needs into digital specifications, collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

You will manage backlog health, drive UAT, and leverage data analytics to optimize customer-facing digital touchpoints across Cantonese, Mandarin, and English environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Practical familiarity with digital/mobile platforms and WeChat Mini Program ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Scrum principles with experience supporting Agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma to model workflows and articulate user stories.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Engineering: elicit, clarify, and prioritize business requirements; craft functional specs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Agile Backlog Delivery: assist Product Owners during backlog grooming and sprint planning; support engineering squads during delivery.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: design UAT plans and scenarios; coordinate sign-offs and verify delivery against acceptance criteria.
• Performance & Insight: track product metrics and digital analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
