Job summary

CICC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with client enquiries, prepare account opening documents, and support client onboarding in a fast-paced Hong Kong environment.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, with Mandarin fluency preferred, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. You will also help maintain client profiles and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Finance and economics background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling client enquiries in standard manners and liaise with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
• Prepare account opening documents and follow client onboarding procedures.
• Assist in updating and maintaining client profiles.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
