Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced IT service management professional to drive digital finance initiatives across its SE Asia service areas. You will help formulate and implement the digital plan, manage data standards, architecture, and governance, and oversee budget and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 2+ years in IT management, and strong communication in English and Chinese. A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of IT management or related work.
• Strong vendor management, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing the digital finance plan for service areas across multiple regions.
• Responsible for implementing digitalization tasks for service management of Southeast Asian institutions.
• Streamline the service area business architecture and assist in planning application and data/technical architecture.
• Assist in formulating data standards and conduct data resource management and governance.
• Assist in intelligent application and management of various business areas within services.
• Prevent technological risks in the company's service areas.
• Undertake service area business architecture changes and optimize the application system layout.
• Liaise with various business areas and organize compilation of IT project business requirements.
• Responsible for IT budget management and IT project initiation management.
• Liaise with various business areas to compile IT project business requirements.
