Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration / e-Commerce / Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-Banking / channel project management within sizable multinational financial institutions.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital wealth management initiatives.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends such as AI tools.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital channel projects including requirement gathering, implementation, and post-launch optimization to ensure alignment with market standards and client needs.
• Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services/initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmarked against market best practices, and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, execute, and optimize digital channel initiatives.
• Ensure all the deliverables comply with risk, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor channel performance, analyze client feedback, and troubleshoot production issues with IT/Customer Service teams.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends to enhance digital banking solutions.
