Job summary

Swire Properties is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Promotions to lead digital marketing, content, social media, and platform strategy for a flagship office portfolio. You will guide campaigns, digital experiences, and innovative tech to enhance tenant engagement and brand presence across channels.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, digital platforms, content marketing or customer engagement.
• Experience delivering placemaking strategies to strengthen workplace experience and tenant engagement.
• Proven experience managing websites, social media channels, digital campaigns and customer-facing digital experiences.
• Experience in delivering digital innovation and transformation projects.
• Strong grasp of social media strategy, content development, community management & digital analytics.
• English and Chinese fluency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team responsible for digital marketing, digital platforms, content and social media management.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies supporting the portfolio's objectives.
• Manage digital assets and platforms, including websites, apps, directories, signage and other touchpoints.
• Drive new digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and placemaking objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and customer insights to improve UX and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage social media strategies, calendars and channel plans.
• Monitor and optimize performance through analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with Cityplaza Mall marketing on integrated campaigns.
• Manage external agencies and technology partners to ensure quality delivery.
• Support tenant engagement programs with digital content and experiences.
• Ensure initiatives are on time, budgeted, and brand compliant.
• Leverage data to measure effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and proposals.
