Join our Research and Evaluation team and help transform consumer, retail, and market data into actionable business insights. You will analyse and interpret research findings, footfall trends, and market intelligence to develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders across the business. Working closely with internal teams and external research partners, you will manage research projects, evaluate marketing and portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities through data and analytics, and support consumer studies and special initiatives that inform business strategy and decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development: Support the content development initiative of the team. Synthesise analytical findings, footfall trends, and market intelligence into various forms of content that would enhance key stakeholders' understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
Reporting Synthesis: Consolidate regular and ad-hoc reports, translating disparate data into clear and actionable insights to keep internal audiences well-informed of the business situations.
Project & Vendor Management: Coordinate end-to-end research and evaluation projects, managing relationships with external research vendors, agencies, and data partners to ensure research deliverables meet quality standards and corporate priorities.
Marketing Evaluation & Data Management: Evaluate the marketing performance of the retail portfolio. Maintain and optimise the use of research data and analytics tools to generate business insights, identify growth opportunities, and support business decision-making.
Strategic Communications: Support strategic communications for key business initiatives across interdepartmental stakeholders (including Portfolio, Marketing, Leasing, and Senior Leadership), serving as an internal business partner on consumer research.
Execution of Initiatives: Support the team in driving special and ad-hoc initiatives, consumer studies, and different research and evaluation assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, market research, or consumer insights within an in-house or agency setting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences or related fields.
Market Research Expertise: Proficiency in business analysis and market research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Technical Know How: Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel) for data handling, reporting, and visualisation. Hands-on experience with data tools and utilising AI for maximising productivity; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data querying languages is highly advantageous.
Industry Experience: Knowledge of retail, consumer goods, property management, hospitality or shopping mall sectors in Hong Kong or the Chinese Mainland is preferred.
Growth Mindset: Strong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
Languages: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
