Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited is seeking an experienced Promotions Manager to lead mall marketing initiatives across flagship properties in Hong Kong. You will develop tactics from concept to execution and collaborate with internal teams, tenants and agencies to drive brand campaigns.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, at least 7 years in mall promotions/marketing for property developers, and strong digital marketing, media relations and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant solid experience in mall promotions / marketing in property developers
• Good in digital marketing and media relations with strong market sense
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced & pressurized environment
• Willing to work overtime and during holidays occasionally
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead to develop effective marketing tactics and strategies, from idea generation to execution
• Plan and oversee marketing events & decoration, branding, communications and creative materials aligned to the brand positioning
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Identify potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotions
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and agencies in promoting shopping malls
