Job summary

中合置業有限公司 is seeking a Marketing professional to conduct market research and position residential properties, supporting the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies.

The role includes leading publicity campaigns, coordinating exhibitions and showflats, and monitoring market trends to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or business-related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in property sales field in Property Developer is a MUST.
• Proven experience in managing residential property marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation and copywriting.
• Good business network and strong partnership management skills.
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure, independent, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
