Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned leader to own the digital banking journey across internet and mobile platforms. You will work on omni-channel experiences, onboarding to authentication, and partner with Technology, UX, and Information Security to drive a resilient digital strategy.

You will shape roadmaps, manage budgets, and champion data-driven decisions to improve customer experiences and conversions across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience managing digital platforms or enterprise websites.
• Experience in Technology management, Project Management or Product Owner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong business sense with digital development, and collaboration with Agile squads.
• Adaptable, self-starter with ability to handle ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Interest in emerging digital trends to improve digital customer experience.
• Knowledge of UX design and Adobe Analytics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build a joyful experience across internet banking, mobile banking and public web.
• Develop, align and execute digital roadmaps to Hong Kong vision and priorities.
• Influence end-to-end digital journeys from onboarding to authentication across Retail and Wealth.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources to deliver key digital initiatives.
• Drive digital channel performance, availability and resiliency with technology partners.
• Lead requirements input for channel initiatives and partner with stakeholders.
• Drive customer immersions and capture voice of customers via data and verbatim feedback.
• Improve customer engagements and conversions across digital journeys.
• Analyse data, produce reports and perform monthly data research tasks.
• Collaborate with web content and UX/design teams to meet standards.
• Oversee Digital Banking operations, expenses, budget, BC measures and risk reporting.
