Job summary

Pure Hong Kong seeks a Head of Digital & Innovation to develop and lead the Innovation and Digital Strategy for Transaction Banking across relevant business areas. The role focuses on driving Open Banking & Connectivity propositions and delivering end-to-end client implementation for cash management and payments.

You will build the digital bank/experience for Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, creating a superior digital journey and scalable onboarding for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of working experience including at least 5 years in innovation, start-up, consultancy, or business development.
• Strategic leadership with strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and technology trends.
• Active participation in innovation and fintech communities with knowledge of digital technologies.
• Experience engaging clients and internal partners to design and deliver solutions in cash management and payments/transaction banking.
• Experience with global transaction banking products across multiple regions/countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Innovation and Digital Strategy covering Transaction Banking across relevant business areas.
• Drive Open Banking and Connectivity propositions across platforms for corporate clients.
• Identify high-value opportunities and drive adoption of innovative capabilities to grow business.
• Build and execute the digital and innovation roadmap to enhance customer experience in cash management and payments.
• Own end-to-end client delivery and onboarding across Cash Management, API Connectivity, Trade Finance, and Securities.
