Job summary

Chubb Life in Hong Kong seeks a Digital Business Analyst to join the Bancassurance team, bridging business strategy and digital delivery. You will translate needs into actionable specs and help build customer-facing digital solutions that are intuitive and compliant across markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams regionally, prioritize requirements, and define scalable digital solutions while maintaining artefacts and overseeing testing and UAT with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or finance.
• Proven record in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with Gen AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, and translate them into user stories and specifications.
• Assess objectives, pain points, and dependencies, and support backlog refinement.
• Evaluate and prioritize change requests and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with sponsors, product owners, architects, and delivery squads to define scalable digital solutions.
• Review technical documents to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Define test strategy, plans, and coordinate testing and UAT with stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide business analysis support across the full project lifecycle and facilitate testing and deployment.
• Maintain traceable project artefacts and meeting minutes.
