Job summary

Well Known Chinese Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst with digital banking experience to support UAT for migration and e-channels platform revamp projects.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring UAT, defect tracking, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role requires 2+ years in banking/UAT, familiarity with e-channels, and proficiency in JIRA. English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are preferred for effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e-channels projects.
• Familiar with e-channels platforms and securities products.
• Proficient with testing tools such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and monitor UAT for migration and e-channels revamp projects.
• Identify, report, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure UAT aligns with business requirements and timelines.
• Assist in training end-users and creating user documentation for the projects.
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team head.
