• Plan and execute mobile and internet banking projects to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Develop project timelines, objectives, contingencies, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with Digital Platform Center and other departments, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report updates to supervisors and management.
• Provide guidance to team members and foster collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative project ideas.
