Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a proactive Digital Banking professional to assist the Head of Digital Banking in managing Fintech/Innovation products and services. The role focuses on coordinating internal and external stakeholders to optimize customer experience and to support market research, user requirements, and UAT activities.

The position oversees daily operations, benchmarking, and compliance with applicable regulations, while collecting usage statistics and preparing management

Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in digital banking / digital related area.
• Strong understanding on the technical aspects of digital banking services.
• Detailed minded and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate among various parties.
• Energetic, creative, flexible, strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Digital Banking to manage Fintech/Innovation products and coordinate stakeholders to optimize customer experience.
• Assist in market surveys, prepare user requirements, and participate in User Acceptance Test for new digital product and services.
• Oversee daily operations of Fintech/Innovation products/services and support development, implementation, enhancement and support.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen competitiveness of Fintech/Innovation products/services.
• Ensure all Fintech/Innovation products/services comply with relevant rules, regulations and ordinances.
• Collect usage statistics, conduct analysis and compile management decks and reports.
• Carry out special assignments as assigned by the superior.

• Assist Head of Digital Banking to manage various Fintech / Innovation products / services by coordinating with key internal & external stakeholders, IT, project team, vendors, etc. and optimize customer experience continuously
• Assist in conducting market survey, preparing user requirements and participate in User Acceptance Test for new digital product and services as well as participating in various projects.
• Oversee the daily operations of all Fintech / Innovation products / services and responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Fintech / Innovation products / services.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen the competitiveness of Fintech / Innovation products / services.
• Ensure all Fintech / Innovation products / services are fully complied with relevant rules, regulations and ordinances.
• Collect Fintech / Innovation products / services utilization statistics, conduct appropriate analysis and compile management presentation decks and reports.
• Carry out special assignments as assigned by the superior.
