Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital banking initiatives, driving end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital platform projects and enhancing customer experience.

You will coordinate business, technology, operations and vendor teams to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies, ensure governance and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT / digital project management experience.
• Strong banking or financial services experience.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, digital banking or customer-facing technology projects.
• Experience across mobile banking, internet banking, digital platforms, payments, lending or cards advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, IT, operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Drive digital platform enhancements, system integration and implementation activities.
• Manage project governance, working groups, steering committees and management reporting.
• Track project progress, resolve delivery issues and ensure key milestones remain on schedule.
• Support UAT, implementation readiness, rollout and post-launch activities.
• Manage vendors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects comply with internal governance, risk and control requirements.
