Job summary

Wave Commerce, a leading Shopify Plus Partner based in Hong Kong, is seeking an on-site professional for full-time or contract engagement. The role focuses on overseeing client projects in Shopify development, CRM, growth, and omnichannel strategies to advance clients' ecommerce businesses.

Ideal candidates will have a strong retail/ecommerce understanding, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate complex information across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• Understanding of retail and/or ecommerce business.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with digital marketing or other digital/ecommerce projects or ability to learn quickly on digital/ecommerce platform technologies.
• A creative problem solver with an analytical approach to decision making.
• Able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work with clients in a consulting capacity.
• Experience working in FMCG, retail and/or DTC brands preferred.
