Job summary

香港鳳凰尚品品牌管理有限公司 is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Hong Kong to lead daily store operations, drive sales targets, and motivate a high-performing team. You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in retail with 2 years in store management, strong leadership, analytical skills for sales KPIs, and proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 2 years in store management.
• Strong analytical skills in sales data, KPIs, and market intelligence.
• Solid understanding of fashion trends and garment materials.
• Knowledgeable in inventory turnover and stock control.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Familiar with computer system operations and MS Office applications.

• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Occasional business travel abroad is required (a few times a year)
