UR FASHION GROUP (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for the Hong Kong flagship store.
You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure brand standards across service, merchandising, and inventory. The role requires strong leadership, Cantonese and English fluency, at least 3 years in fashion retail with 2 in management, and the ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced launch environment.
Hong Kong Island, HK
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations for the Hong Kong flagship store, including sales management, staff supervision, visual merchandising execution, inventory control, and service standard implementation.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and all operational KPIs
Manage staff scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and team building
Ensure store image, staff grooming, customer service, and operational standards are strictly aligned with brand guidelines
Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and daily operational issues promptly and professionally
Proactively gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights, and report regularly to the company
Analyze sales performance, inventory status, and store operational data, and propose effective improvement strategies
Represent the brand professionally when receiving visits from owners, investors, landlords, or mall management; conduct professional communication and hosting
Implement company policies and directives, and complete other tasks assigned by management
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail, including at least 2 years in a store management role
Experience in fast fashion, international brands, flagship stores, or first-store operations is highly preferred
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive sales performance
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills, capable of engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders
Thorough understanding of all store operation areas, including sales, visual merchandising, service, inventory, and people management
Computer literate, with the ability to use POS systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
Highly responsible, proactive, and professional, with strong business ethics and both written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain high performance standards under pressure, and adapt to the high demands of a first-store launch
