Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Branch Supervisor to support daily operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with banking regulations to boost branch performance and profitability.

You will assist in implementing business plans, coach the operations team, and lead cross-selling initiatives while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in relevant field.
• Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills; good communication.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
