Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is assisting a reputable China-based bank in Hong Kong to recruit a Product Management Manager for Deposits. This role focuses on developing and revamping deposit products, analyzing data to maximize profitability, and coordinating system enhancements to improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Marketing degree with at least 3 years of banking product development experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hand-on product development experience in banking or financial industry.
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and proactive to drive growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager Level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and revamp of bank-wide deposit products.
• Monitor and analyze data and trends to enhance product image and profitability.
• Analyze and optimize deposit product workflows and system enhancements for customer experience and risk reduction.
• Integrate market analysis and forecasts; propose pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize deposit products.
• Conduct market competition analysis and prepare proposals for new products or revamps.
• Review and report business status and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate system-related projects for deposits and other banking services, including requirements, testing, data migration and implementation plans.
