Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or HCL Workload Scheduler.
• Familiar with batch processing environments across mainframe and distributed systems.
• Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• ITIL processes understanding and incident management familiarity preferred.
• Industry certifications in ITIL, Control-M, or HCL Workload Scheduler are advantageous.

• Working schedule involves 12-hour shifts averaging 40 hours per week (3 to 4 shifts per week).
• Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays to support 24/7 continuous data center operations.
• Candidates must be able to respond promptly to critical system incidents outside regular working hours.
