Qualifications

• Experience as Batch Operator/Data Centre Operator or similar in IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of batch scheduling tools: Control-M, Autosys, HCL WLS, etc.
• Familiarity with Mainframe and Distributed Systems batch processing.
• Basic scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for troubleshooting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• ITIL concepts and incident management familiarity is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL Foundation, Control-M, HCL WLS) are advantageous.

Working Hours:

• They will do 12 hours shift with average 40 hours a week, means 3-4 shifts a week
• Shift work may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
