• Drive operations and compliance for a state‑of‑the‑art data center campus.
• Own site P&L and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and value.
• Lead local site team with coaching and development.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to align standards.
• Manage customer reporting and engagements to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee HSE performance and regulatory compliance.
