Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Site Manager to lead a 15+ M&E operations team at a colocation data center in Tsing Yi. You will drive site performance, safety, and client satisfaction while managing budgets and operations strategy.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience at a critical site/data center, a bachelor’s degree in building services engineering or electrical/mechanical engineering, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in building services engineering or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing a critical site/data centre.
• English and Chinese proficiency required.
• REW license preferred.
• Experience in senior/executive management and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budget for site and support contract variation processes.
• Ensure health and safety policy is effectively implemented across services and subcontractors.
• Ensure staff are fully competent with effective succession planning in place.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver transparent reporting and governance.
