Job summary

Gough Recruitment presents an opportunity to lead the delivery and customer solutions for a premier data centre developer in Hong Kong. You will own end-to-end delivery, act as the customer's technical counterpart, and help establish operating capability from the ground up.

Initially you will serve as the customer conduit, ensuring specifications, deliverables, and commercial terms stay aligned as the solution evolves.

Qualifications

Experience with data centre power, cooling, and critical infrastructure.
Delivery of complex data centre programmes from concept to handover.
Interfacing with hyperscalers on specs, solutions, and contracts.
Strong negotiation skills and cross-functional leadership under pressure.
APAC delivery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle of data centre developments from fit-out to ongoing operations.
Establish delivery governance to ensure hyperscale tenant requirements align with commercial outcomes.
Act as primary technical and commercial interface to the hyperscale tenant and manage scope changes.
Coordinate between leasing, development, construction and commercial teams for scope assessment.
Drive design decisions across electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
Oversee operational performance, customer SLA compliance, and long-term governance.
