Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior project leader to oversee end-to-end system implementation programs in a global IT consulting context. You will coordinate onshore/offshore teams, manage interdependencies, and drive delivery within time and budget constraints.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a degree in CS/IT, and strong proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methods. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in system implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
• Proven track record in large-scale system implementation projects involving thousands of man-days.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are preferred.
• Strong PM, solution planning, and project delivery capabilities.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile/iterative methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate and align internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
