Job summary

Our client, a listed conglomerate, is seeking a senior ERP transformation leader to drive a multi-year programme across the group. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with enterprise-wide influence, focusing on consolidation across geographies and business units.

You will establish a clear technical direction for ERP consolidation, translate strategy into a phased roadmap, and align finance and technology teams on priorities and implementation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years working with large ERP solutions
• Cloud knowledge providing end-to-end orchestration and transformation management
• Proven ability to shape long-term, complex cloud journeys
• Growth mindset for business development and senior stakeholder influence
• Proven track record implementing ERP projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborative with teams, partners and clients
• Self-motivated and able to inspire others
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Shape a multi-year ERP transformation programme across the group
• Establish coherent technical direction for ERP consolidation across entities and geographies
• Translate ERP strategy into phased roadmap covering platform standardisation, integration and architecture
• Identify system and data dependencies and communicate delivery risks
• Build alignment between finance and technology teams on processes and requirements
• Guide solution design towards a scalable enterprise environment
• Influence senior stakeholders to prioritise practical investments
