Job summary

KPMG China is seeking a Manager for their Transformation Consulting team to lead D365 ERP projects. The role requires strong consulting skills, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of D365 functional experience.

The ideal candidate will work across industries, drive user adoption and training, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders in Hong Kong. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on D365 ERP functional consulting experience.
• Solid functional knowledge in finance, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 ERP workstreams from gathering requirements to go-live.
• Shape client transformation journeys and align with stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management.
