Job summary

Headshot Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Customer Success Manager (IT / Data Centre) in Hong Kong. The role is full-time and based in Tsuen Wan / Kwai Chung / Fo Tan, supporting APAC clients without business travel.

The ideal candidate has IT/engineering education and 12+ years in critical facility management, with strong SLA/OLA handling and fluent Chinese and English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT / E&M Engineering or related discipline.
• 12 years' or above experience in critical facility management.
• Sound understanding in critical facilities / network / IT services.
• Ability to handle SLA, OLA and post-contract issues.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer success and service delivery for multinational clients in the APAC region.
• Coordinate project management and service delivery while ensuring SLA/OLA compliance.

• Monthly Salary: HK$50,000 - HK$70,000

• 5-day work | No shift duties

• Work location: Tsuen Wan / Kwai Chung / Fo Tan

On behalf of our client, we are inviting candidates with experience in customer success, project management and service delivery. Multiple opportunities with multinational companies from cloud service, telecommunication, data centres, etc. This is a regional role serving clients from a number of APAC countries, but full-time Hong Kong based, business travel will not be required. To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree or about in IT / E&M Engineering or relevant discipline

• 12 years' or above experience in critical facility management

• Sound understanding in critifical facilities / network / IT services

• Ability to handle SLA, OLA and post-contract issues

• Ability to communicate in Chinese and English
