Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior sales professional to spearhead data centre facility products and solutions. You will manage sales pipelines, handle tendering, and coordinate with the project team to deliver winning proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Eng and 8+ years of sales experience in E&M. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential, with strong contract and tendering capabilities and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for sales, tendering and marketing of Data Centre facility products & solutions;
• Build and manage sales pipelines;
• Handle sales enquiry in contracts and work with internal project team for tender preparation;
• Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives;
• Develop strategic partners and work with them for a best solution to customers;
• Develop business and expand customer base for data centre at Hong Kong and/or ASEAN countries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other related;
• 8+ years of sales experience in E&M engineering field. Solid experience in data centre projects is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivation and goal orientation mindset;
• Experience in managing contracts as well as preparing commercial proposals and tender documents;
• High proficiency of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
