Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a seasoned professional for a leadership role in life insurance operations. The ideal candidate holds professional qualifications (FLMI, ACS), has 6+ years of experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

You will manage key customer relationships and ensure service excellence across English and Chinese speaking clients. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines with professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, ACS).
• 6+ years of life insurance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer-service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines with professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, ACS)
• 6 years or above working experience and preferably 3 years at supervisory level in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience
• Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
• Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving and organizing skills
• Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Mandarin; proficiency in other Chinese dialects will be an asset
