Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls for life and general insurance, delivering prompt solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, bilingual English and Chinese, with Mandarin being a plus. IIQE I–V and LOMA qualifications are highly regarded, offering a solid path in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Matriculated or above qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• IIQE Paper I–V & LOMA qualifications are highly regarded.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow processes efficiently.
