Job summary

FFC International Company Ltd is looking for a proactive Customer Service Supervisor/Officer to join our Hong Kong team in Hung Hom. You will manage sales support activities, handle inquiries, quotations, and nurture customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, exposure to logistics or shipping, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Form 7/DSE or above.
• Relevant experience in sea/air forwarding or shipping is preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales order follow up.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with overseas agents.
• Prepare presentations and welcome visitors.
• Input, manage data and perform sales analysis.
• Prepare reports and support system development.
