Job summary

Deutsche Post Hong Kong is seeking a field sales professional to win new business, develop opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. Based at Kwai Hing, you will work with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

Requirements include HKDSE or equivalent, at least 2 years sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding, strong English and Chinese, and MS Office proficiency. Mandarin is a plus. 5 days work, career development, and a sales incentive scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Holder of HKDSE or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF).
• At least 2 years sales experience in service industry, preferably gained in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to customers

Requirements
