Job summary

Kee Wah Bakery is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional in Hong Kong to answer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social channels. You will provide accurate product information, nurture customer relationships, and support marketing with admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (FMCG/retail preferred).
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua).
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Positive customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and compliments via multiple channels to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional customer service and accurate product/store information to customers.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships by understanding and supporting customers' needs.
• Collect customer feedback and provide actionable suggestions for ongoing service improvement.
• Consolidate regular reports for review and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal parties to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and studio, assisting with campaign coordination and ad-hoc tasks.
