DALLOYAU Hong Kong is seeking a Shop Supervisor in pastry & bakery operations to oversee daily store performance, train staff, maintain high food quality and hygiene, and drive sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or above and at least 5 years in pastry/bakery with 2 years supervisory experience; strong leadership, Cantonese/Mandarin and English, presentable and customer oriented. HK location, full-time permanent position.
