Job summary

SPUNTINI RIVOLUZIONE LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic retail professional to uphold brand standards, introduce our artisanal snacks, and drive sales across stores and pop-ups. You will handle corporate gifting, bulk orders, stock checks, and collaborate with the workshop and Marketing Director to grow the brand while delivering attentive service to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience in premium retail, F&B, gifting or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, attentive to detail and team oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email, POS systems).
• Able to work flexibly during festive peaks and weekends.
• Genuine interest in SG's products and brand.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the brand and ensure shops meet brand standards during each shift.
• Support in-store social media content in line with brand guidelines.

• Encourage membership sign-ups and grow corporate gifting leads.
• Handle bulk orders from enquiry to delivery and coordinate production with the workshop.
• Manage stock checks, stock records, replenishment, returns and exchanges.
• Flag stock for transfer to faster-selling shops and run seasonal events.
• Train new frontline staff and report sales, corporate pipeline, and feedback to Marketing Director.

Job description

Introduce the brand, our ingredients and product range accurately to customers and ensure shops meet brand standards during each shift, including personal grooming, hygiene, display and the condition of the shop and stockroom

Support in-store social media content in line with brand guidelines

Understand service procedures and products well, give attentive service, build repeat customers and meet store sales targets

Encourage membership sign-ups

Develop and follow up on corporate gifting leads, including festive orders

Handle bulk orders from enquiry and quotation to delivery, confirm with management before accepting, and arrange production with the Kwai Chung workshop

Handle stock checks, opening and closing stock records, replenishment, pre-orders, returns and exchanges as set out in the store SOP

Flag stock for transfer to a faster-selling shop

Help run seasonal pop-up counters, tastings and in-store events, and support collaborations with partner shops and corporate clients

Work closely with shop colleagues and the workshop, help train new frontline staff, and report sales, corporate pipeline and customer feedback to the Marketing Director

About you

At least 3 years of sales experience in premium retail, F&B, gifting or lifestyle brands

Corporate or B2B sales experience is an advantage

Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Customer-oriented, attentive to detail and works well in a team

Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn

Salary: 25-30K

Working days: 8 rest days per month
