Job summary

Kolb (HK) Ltd in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong seeks a full-time Logistics Assistant to support warehouse operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods to customers.

You will handle service calls, coordinate repairs, schedule installations, liaise with overseas suppliers, and assist with claims. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or DSE candidates welcome.
• 1-2 years in equipment customer service, handling requests for quotations, purchase orders and scheduling service calls with engineers.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

About the role

Kolb (HK) Ltd is a leading company in design, manufacturing and supply of turn‑key installations for bakeries and kitchens. Additionally we supply a full range of food consumables such as coffee, bread & cake mixes, pastry and chocolate products to enrich experience. We are seeking a full‑time Logistic Assistant to join our team in Kwun Tong. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistic and warehouse operation to ensure the efficient movement of goods delivering to customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle service calls from customers
• Coordinate between sales and service team for repair orders
• Schedule machine installation and preventive maintenance
• Work closely with overseas suppliers for technical supports of machines and spare parts
• Report technical issues and handle claims with factories

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduates / DSE candidates are welcome
• 1-2 years experience in equipment customer service, request for quotation, prepare purchase order andschedule service calls with engineers
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With experience with ERP system an advantage
• Customer‑oriented, responsible, pleasant, proactive, willing to learn and independent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
• Able to work under pressure
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferred.
