Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service and Administration teams to improve workflows and data analysis.
• Act as Executive Assistant to Management: manage calendars, coordinate meetings, follow-ups.
• Monitor/enforce sales and pricing policies; update price lists; align promotions; manage cost structures; sign cheques.
• Handle licensing, renewal and government liaison matters.
• Coordinate company events, management visits and official functions.
• Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Job description

Lead and manage the Customer Service and Administration teams, driving workflow enhancement, data analysis, sales report preparation, and overall efficiency improvements.

Serve as Executive Assistant to Management (calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-up actions) and act as the central coordination point among Company and Group business units

Monitor/enforce sales and pricing policies, update monthly price lists, align promotional activities, set selling prices and maintain cost structures, and act as authorized signatory for company cheques and official letters.

Handle all licensing, renewal and government liaison matters

Coordinate company events, management visits, and official functions

Ad hoc tasks arranged by General Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of sales support and amdinistration experience, preferable in Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry;

Strong understanding of sales and customer support processes, with a proven record of implementing effective strategies;

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams;

Good command of spoken in English and Chinese;
