Job summary

Hang Lung Properties Limited in Hong Kong seeks a capable Concierge professional to greet visitors, answer calls, and resolve daily service issues. You will support operations, communicate with clients, and help maintain high standards of guest experience across property developments.

The role requires a diploma or higher, at least 3 years in large organizations, and fluency in English and Cantonese/Putonghua. Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional concierge service duties, including answering calls, greeting and escorting guests, and handling daily operational complaints.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction and suggest service improvements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data analysis; prepare regular reports.
• Work shift duties as needed; handle ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional concierge service duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls from clients and internal customers, greeting and escorting guests and visitors, handling daily operational complaints
• Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and making suggestions for customer services enhancement.
• Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned, including preparation of regular reports and data analysis
• Perform shift duties when needed
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Candidates with customer service experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry would be advantages
• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant, and customer-orientedTeam player with the ability to work and handle complaints independently
• Committed, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, energetic, mature, positive thinking
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
