Hang Lung Properties Limited invites an Officer - Property Management Services (Residential) to oversee tenant services and property management for our residential portfolio in Hong Kong. You will coordinate handovers, fit-out works, and tenancy-related activities while maintaining strong relations with tenants and suppliers.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Property Management, a Tier 2 PM Practitioner license, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• High Diploma or above in Property Management or related discipline.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management; familiarity with pre-fitting out prep works and large-scale A&A projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated, reliable and mature; able to work in diverse environments.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Provide quality tenant services including premises handover/takeover, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination, and tenant complaints resolutions.
• Manage and monitor the outsourced property service company.
• Carry out property management of assigned sites and maintain good rapport with tenants.

• Support other ad hoc projects as required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover/ takeover execution, tenancy fitting out/ reinstatement coordination, tenant’s complaint resolutions etc.

Manage and monitor the outsourced property service company.

Carry out property management of the assigned sites and maintain good rapport with tenants.

Liaise with team partners of leasing, building management, technical services, marketing & promotions, etc.

Support other ad hoc projects if required.

Requirements

High Diploma or above in Property Management or related discipline

Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management, familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works and large-scale A&A projects would be a definite advantage

Self-motived, reliable and mature, be able to work in diverse environments

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
