Reporting to the Concierge Lead of the Company, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:
What you need to do:

Oversee concierge counters within LANDMARK, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants, customers, and the public.

Assist in the planning and execution of the company’s marketing events and promotional activities, enhancing guest engagement.

Support the Concierge Lead with various ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to a seamless operational flow.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry
