Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team.

Contract Period: 6 months

(10AM-7PM/2PM-11PM | Including weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound warm and cold calls to prospective and existing users.

Promote platform benefits and guide users through onboarding processes.

Achieve daily and weekly call volume, conversion, and quality targets.

Assist users with app installation, navigation, account registration, and document submission.

Resolve user inquiries and technical issues during the onboarding journey.

Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, lead status updates, and customer feedback.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or Contact Center environments.

Experience in cold calling or warm lead generation is highly preferred.

Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
