Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a customer service professional in Singapore to handle incoming calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, feedback and service requests.

You will log all details accurately in the system, follow up on outstanding cases and perform ad hoc duties. The role is based in Ang Mo Kio, with office hours and a benefit of annual and medical leaves.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Able to work Monday - Friday, inclusive of weekends/PH.
