Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group (HK) Limited is recruiting a Hotline Customer Services Officer in Quarry Bay for a 4-month contract. The role handles inquiries via hotline and email, delivering a smooth customer experience during the transition period.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or above, has good Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills, and is proficient in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior call centre experience is a plus. Work hours are Mon-Fri 0900-1800 with alternate Saturdays.

KEY HIGHLIGHT:
Our client is seeking 7 candidates to provide temporary customer service support for a large-scale customer communication initiative. The role will handle enquiries and assist in delivering a smooth customer experience during the transition period.

WORK DETAILS:

Location: Quarry Bay
Work hour: Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1800 and Alt Saturday, 0900 - 1300
4 months contract period

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer enquiries arising from the special business project through hotline or emails
• Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Perform other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diplomaor above qualification
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
• PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel
• Good communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Chinese word processing with 25 words per minute
