Job summary

CGP Personnel in Singapore (Ang Mo Kio) is seeking a customer service executive to handle incoming calls and emails, act as the first point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and service requests, and ensure accurate data capture in the system. The role offers monthly salary and standard office hours.

You will follow up on outstanding cases, address delays, and perform ad hoc duties as needed. This is a full-time position based in Ang Mo Kio with annual and medical leaves provided.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Able to work Monday - Friday, inclusive of weekends/PH.
• Able to commit long term.
