Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Hong Kong for a 6-month contract. The role involves high-volume outbound calls, guiding users through onboarding, and resolving issues while maintaining CRM records.

The position requires flexibility for weekend shifts and public holidays, with work-from-home options. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or telesales and are comfortable with CRM systems and mobile apps, ensuring a professional phone presence and goal-driven

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or Contact Center environments.
• Experience in cold calling or warm lead generation is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound warm and cold calls to prospective and existing users.
• Promote platform benefits and guide users through onboarding processes.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume, conversion, and quality targets.
• Assist users with app installation, navigation, account registration, and document submission.
• Resolve user inquiries and technical issues during the onboarding journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, lead status updates, and customer feedback.
