Job summary

OSL in Hong Kong seeks an ambitious Business Management & Operations Intern. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Business Management, acting as the operational glue between departments and supporting cross-functional projects and daily trading operations.

You will gain exposure to regulated institutional environments, collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Trading, and Sales teams, and build a visible track record of measurable contributions from month one.

Qualifications

• Immediately available to commit to a 4.5/5-day full-time internship for 3 to 6 months (6 months preferred).
• Current undergraduate or recent graduate with a strong academic track record, specifically holding or pursuing a Business Degree or related discipline.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional operations across Product, IT, Legal, Risk, and Trading Ops.
• Audit and monitor sales processes, client follow-ups, and internal communications for compliance.
• Assist in managing institutional client requests, DDQs, and structuring client requirements for internal teams.
